Vintage 1960s Framus 12 string guitar

This is a vintage 1969 Framus Falcon "Flacon" 5/299 12-String acoustic guitar. These are very hard to find, as these were the 'top of the line' and 'luxury' models of their acoustic line. I don't know much more about this out of some Google searches. As far as condition, you usually see the logos and inlays fade or fall off after some time, a few of the pearl inlays have fell off.
There are numerous scratches dings and cracks
The unusually 'belly bulge' makes the guitar body sit higher in the case that a normal dreadnought.
